1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses NartPay OS through a customer workspace. The customer is responsible for its users' compliance.
2. Unlawful or harmful use
Do not use the Service to break the law or to help others do so, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, fake, inflated or misleading invoices, tax evasion, unlawful debt collection practices, deceptive trade practices, or dealing with sanctioned persons or countries.
3. E-mail and messaging
Invoice, reminder and statement e-mails may be sent only to your real customers about real transactions and must comply with anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM. No bulk, unsolicited or marketing messages, no purchased lists, no phishing, no misleading sender or subject lines, and no impersonation of another business or person. We apply sending limits and may pause e-mail from a workspace that generates complaints or bounces.
4. Content
Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, is defamatory, harassing, threatening or hateful, sexually exploits anyone, contains malware, or that you have no right to use. Do not upload payment card numbers, bank passwords, government identity numbers or health information except in fields designed for them. Logos, signatures and stamps you upload must be your own or used with permission.
5. Security and integrity
Do not attempt to access other customers' data or accounts, bypass permissions, plan limits or rate limits, scan, probe or test the vulnerability of the Service, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or place unreasonable load on it (for example by automated scraping or bots). Good-faith security reports sent to the contact address below are welcome; please give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it and do not access or change data that is not yours.
6. Accounts
Do not share sign-in credentials, create accounts with false information or by automated means, create multiple accounts or trials to avoid fees or obtain promotional offers more than once, or resell access to the Service without our written agreement.
7. Enforcement
We are not obliged to monitor content, but we may investigate suspected violations, remove content, pause features (such as e-mail sending), or suspend or close accounts, in proportion to the risk, and we may report suspected illegal activity to the authorities. Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the issue. Suspension for a violation does not entitle you to a refund.
8. Reporting
Report abuse or security issues to info@nartpayglobal.com.
